Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every Carbon Karat ring, ensuring you receive top-tier quality and craftsmanship. However, if you need to make a return, we've made the process simple and transparent while protecting the integrity of our made-to-order pieces.


Eligibility & Conditions
  1. 30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges – You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your ring, but you must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Each customer is eligible for one free return.

  2. Original Condition Required – Rings must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original documentation and packaging (including diamond grading reports). Any missing materials may result in deductions from the refund amount or be fully declined.

  3. Custom Orders Are Final Sale – Because all our rings are custom-made, rings with unique shapes or non-standard carat sizes are not eligible for return. If you experience an issue with sizing, please contact us, and we’ll assist you with resizing options.


Return Process & Refund Timeline
  1. Initiate the Return – Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and insured prepaid shipping label.

  2. Ship the Ring Back – Securely package the ring and drop it off at an authorized shipping center. Make sure to use our insured shipping label for protection.

  3. Inspection & Approval – Once received, our team of experts will inspect the ring. If it meets our return criteria, you’ll receive an approval confirmation email.

  4. Refund Issued – Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of receiving the return. The payment will be refunded to the original payment method.


Shipping & Insurance
  1. Carbon Karat provides one free insured return per customer. Additional returns are not covered.

  2. If a return is approved, the insured shipping label ensures the ring is protected during transit.

  3. If the ring is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the refund may be partially or fully declined.


Final Notes
  1. Any rings returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  2. Engraved rings and any custom modifications beyond our standard offerings are non-refundable.

  3. If a refund is denied due to damages or missing materials, we will notify you with options for resolution.
